Jesse Loura

I’ve been here at Hancock Lumber for 15-years. I started out building wall panels in our panel shop and transitioned into being an inventory manager in Windham. As inventory manager I’m responsible for protecting our assets, overseeing all the special order and stock products that come through our store. I like working at Hancock Lumber because of the people that I work with and I enjoy helping customers to make sure they get the correct product. I enjoy coming to work, interacting with people I work with, and communicating with people at our other locations. Here at Hancock we’re always looking for new employees that fit into our culture—people who are outgoing, always looking to do more, learn more, and want to grow with our us.

At the age of 19 Dylan was looking for a job that would lead to a career. At that time, a good friend’s father recommended he apply to Hancock Lumber. With only having three years of part-time grocery store experience, the manufacturing setting was a shock—physically demanding and fast-paced.

Stasha spent her first two years as inside support for our Account Manager team. In the summer of 2019 a position opened up for an Account Manager –and, in typical Stasha fashion, she jumped on the opportunity and has performed above and beyond expectations! Stasha is a true team player, collaborating with others and always willing to help in any capacity needed around the store or yard. Her tremendous spirit of cooperation is something we all admire in North Conway. North Conway is fortunate to have found such an incredible—we’re so lucky to have Stasha on Team Hancock!

A Maine native, Drew grew up in Freeport and attended school there. Always building and tinkering, he worked as a carpenter during his summer vacations. Team Hancock in Bethel was very fortunate to add Drew Johnson to the roster in May of 2015 in a millwright position. Drew started full time after completing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology through the University of Maine, Orono. Not only did Drew join the team with an excellent educational background, but he fit right into the Hancock culture and built admirable relationships with his teammates.
