Hancock Lumber is excited to announce several leadership moves for the retail division.
Eric Dolloff | Regional General Manager – Midcoast + Capitol Region
Eric Dolloff will be moving into a Regional General Manager role, covering the Greater Portland, Midcoast and Capital area regions including our Windham, Yarmouth, Brunswick, Damariscotta and Augusta locations. A 26-year Team Hancock veteran, Eric started with Hancock Lumber in 1998 as the Windham Logistic Manager. Following that role, he moved to Kennebunk as the Operations Manager in 2000 before going back to Windham in 2002. After the acquisition of Mariner Lumber, Eric moved back to his Damariscotta roots to become an AM in 2005 before being promoted to GM in 2006. Since then, Eric has helped lead and create an amazing team, producing incredible results—including a Team Hancock leading employee engagement score of 99!
Mike Boulet | General Manager – Retail Manufacturing
Mike Boulet will be taking on the role of General Manager – Retail Manufacturing. Mike will continue to oversee Mainely Trusses in Fairfield, along with adding wall panel manufacturing in Windham. Mike’s experience and expertise in manufacturing will help him lead all of Team Hancock’s component manufacturing, with a focus on growth and added services for the immediate future and long-term.
Mike was recently awarded the Retail Lumber Dealers Association of Maine’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his incredible contributions to the industry. Mike has worked at Mainely Trusses since 1993, a business his father started and ran for many years. After taking over the family business in 1996, Mike never looked back and continued to grow the company, evolve the business, and honor his father’s legacy.
Congratulations to Eric and Mike on their expanded roles with Team Hancock!
