Dan Romano High Five!

Dan is an extremely talented individual with attention to detail and a desire to make the work that he does pleasing in every way. He is polite and respectful, and he listens to concerns and acts upon those concerns accordingly.

Dan is a strong communicator. On both occasions that he was scheduled to work on our kitchen, he phoned in advance that morning, to let me know what time he would arrive to start work. Upon arrival, he listened carefully to be sure that he had clarity about what he needed to do. If he had questions, he asked them and offered suggestions and solutions when challenges arose. I had asked Dan to be extra careful coming and going in/out into the garage where he had set up his workstation as I worried about one of my “indoor only” cats slipping out the door. Dan proceeded to make signs saying “*CATS!*” that he taped to both sides of the door as a reminder to be careful. When mail or package deliveries arrived at my home, he carried boxes/packages inside and left them accessible for me on the counter. If he needed to go get a tool or supplies, he communicated what he was doing and when he would be back. He was personable, kind, professional, and thoughtful and he did outstanding work. Outstanding.

At the close of his work day, he left the job site clean and communicated the next steps. He protected every surface he came near, using pads, painter’s tape, foam mats, cardboard, and more. He was extremely respectful in everything that he did. 

In the current work environment, finding dependable people is not easy. You have a rare and gifted individual with Dan, who not only has the skill set to do excellent work, but he has the right people skills that helped create an exceptional customer experience.  

I would highly recommend Dan to anyone. He was able to fix things in our kitchen that were a source of stress and annoyance to me and as a result, have left me able to enjoy my cabinets from any angle. Thank you so much Dan!
