In partnership with SSCA Consulting of Long Beach, California, I am thrilled to announce the release of an exceptional 4-day executive retreat and workshop titled, The Business of Shared Leadership (BSL): Creating a Culture of Dispersed Power. Scheduled for 11/1/22 – 11/4/22 in Rancho Palos, California, this program is designed to guide corporate executives down the path of shared leadership, dispersed power, and respect for all voices. The mission of the program is to advance humanity by making the place of work deeply meaningful for everyone involved.
