Jon and his team went above and beyond to assist in correcting a defective product for one of our customers.
When Jon found out about it, there was ZERO hesitation—he was so eager to help and make this right for the customer. He and his team went above and beyond to reload the defective product and unload the new product into the house as the builder was not able to meet on site.
