I am writing to compliment you on the above and beyond customer service provided to us by Mark, Meagan and Michelle.
I stopped in one day earlier this week to see if you had a tool and a service you could provide to cut some small metal pieces we needed for our file cabinet. The women immediately called upon “The Strong Guy”, Mark, who cut them with his sheer strength and a simple hand tool. For us two senior citizens that was a mighty feat!
