I want to recognize Ed and Steve for the amazing work they did to create a fantastic customer experience over the lifecycle of their project. This is part of a letter that customers Lisa and Nick sent when the project was wrapped:

My husband Nick and I are writing to thank you again for your exemplary customer service during the construction of our home in Kennebunkport. Specifically, the year long process it took to get our kitchen completed. We were very happy that you agreed to come to our completed home and let us show you “the house that Hancock built.” At your visit we learned a lot about Hancock Lumber. Specifically, that the company fosters its employees to get to know their clients by asking questions and listening to what matters most to them. We saw all this not only in our interactions with you but also with Ed Inness, Dan who came to tweak our cabinet doors and Terrie McDaniel and her staff at Hancock Lumber in Kennebunk who helped us pick out the many items afforded us by your generous “thank you for sticking with us through it all” gift.
