Team Hancock wants to recognize our beloved Safety Director, Gregg Speed, and wish him well as he retires from a 26 year career at Hancock Lumber. Gregg has served in a variety of roles and capacities throughout his career, making incredible impacts wherever he has gone. He spent the majority of his career focused on safety, retiring with the title of Safety Director. Safety is a #1 value at Hancock Lumber and Gregg worked with passion and urgency to develop both retail and sawmill safety programs that are of the utmost importance to the operation of our company. Kevin Hancock said of Gregg, “Gregg forged deep personal relationships across our company, all the while fearlessly defining and redefining his role to add more and more meaning to the lives of everyone he touched.
