I went to Hancock Lumber on Thursday, June 17, 2021 and had a great experience. The girl at the service counter was very pleasant and made sure I got what I needed to complete my project. I then went to the lumber barn and backed in. Two employees helped me select my lumber, cut it to my requests, and load the truck for me. They were very helpful and pleasant. I have some mobility issues so their help was very appreciated. It was such an awesome experience for me and so easy. I didn’t have to walk a half mile pushing an iron cart and then load the lumber into my truck by myself like I would have to at a big box store. A HUGE thank you to Hancock Lumber and their compassionate employees who helped me!
