We received some feedback today from a walk-in customer. As she was paying for her lumber, she inquired about decking. She was interested in comparing pricing on Composite and PT. I gave her pricing, a Trex book, and showed her our sample room. The customer immediately said, “why in the world didn’t I start here first, instead of going to Home Depot?!” She continued to say Shawn was happy to do cuts for her and helped her through the entire process! She was very happy with our deck room and the service she received. This customer certainly felt overwhelmed by navigating through the “building world.” I am so happy we had the opportunity to help guide her through the process and make it a good experience. Way to go Shawn for AWESOME customer service! Another customer will now think of us first before the big box store!
